EIF Hosts NASA EPSCoR Caucus meeting

On March 1, the NASA EPSCoR Caucus met at 800 Maine Ave., SW in Washington, DC, succeeding the 2025 National Council of Space Grant Directors Spring Meeting, held Feb. 27-28.

The meeting was attended by NASA EPSCoR Project Directors from 27 of the 28 NASA EPSCoR jurisdictions as well as NASA personnel. Dr. Kathy Loftin presented NASA updates. Leslee Gilbert from Van Scoyoc Associates gave a talk about the outlook for NASA under the new Administration, and EIF Executive Director Jessica Molesworth talked about the history of EPSCoR and roles of the Coalition and Foundation.

Caucus members had in depth discussions about Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) as well as jurisdictional practices, outcomes, success measures and processes for the RID.
