Celebrating 25 Years of Idaho INBRE

I was incredibly honored to be invited by Idaho INBRE PI Carolyn Bohach to give a keynote address at the 2025 Idaho INBRE Statewide Research Conference last week.

It was wonderful to be in Moscow again and to be able to celebrate 25 years of Idaho INBRE. Carolyn Bohach and Scott Minnich and their whole team have built an exemplary INBRE program. It is truly impressive.

Of course, interacting with students is always special and one of the highlights of my job. Their brilliance and enthusiasm always inspire and motivate me. I know we in the EPSCoR/IDeA community are working to ensure another 25 years of even better, even stronger, even more impactful EPSCoR/IDeA programs.
