2025 EPSCoR/IDeA Coalition and Foundation Annual Meeting

The 2025 Annual Meeting of the EPSCoR/IDeA Coalition and Foundation will be held in-person on February 3, 2025.

This meeting is free and open to all who have an interest in and/or desire to participate in EPSCoR and IDeA programs. There is no registration fee to attend.

PDs/PIs, junior investigators, government affairs representatives, and others in your jurisdiction who support EPSCoR and IDeA advocacy or wish to engage in Coalition and Foundation initiatives are strongly encouraged to attend. We especially encourage attendance by individuals participating in and/or associated with the following programs:

National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS) Institutional Development Award (IDeA) programs:

• Centers of Biomedical Research Excellence (COBRE)
• IDeA Networks of Biomedical Research Excellence (INBRE)
• IDeA Clinical and Translational Research Programs (IDeA-CTR)
• IDeA Co-Funding
• IDeA Regional Entrepreneurship Development (I-RED) Program

Established Programs to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) funded by:

• Department of Defense (DEPSCoR)
• Department of Energy (DoE)
• National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)
• National Science Foundation (NSF)
• US Department of Agriculture (USDA)
• National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA)

The 2025 Annual Meeting of the EPSCoR/IDeA Coalition and Foundation, a free event, will begin on February 3 at 9 a.m. The presentation of the Fred Taylor Award will take place during a luncheon program from 12 to 1 p.m. The presentation of the Joe Danek Award will take place during the cocktail reception from 5 to 6 p.m.

February 4 is reserved for either in-person or virtual meetings with your congressional delegation.
