The 8th Biennial National IDeA Symposium of Biomedical Research Excellence (NISBRE) will be held virtually Dec 12-14, while the 2024 and 2026 NISBRE will be held in Washington, DC.

The NISBRE is a national scientific meeting to showcase the scientific and training accomplishments of the IDeA program of the National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS). The IDeA program develops scientific centers of excellence (COBRE) and also supports Networks such as INBRE and IDeA-CTR programs and trains biomedical scientists in the IDeA-eligible states. Abstracts due this week, Nov 25.

Increase your visibility and branding by exhibiting at NISBRE 2022. Organized by the National Association of IDeA Principal Investigators (NAIPI), NISBRE 2022 has an anticipated attendance of more than 800 academic biomedical researchers and program administrators from across the US. To reserve your space, see the NISBRE Sponsors Page.

The decision has been made to charge only the entire program (COBRE, INBRE, CTR) a fee of $200 per program. This will allow anybody that is part of a program to register and submit an abstract. Co-funded investigators will be free.
