The NH BioMade project (NSF Award #1757371) set out to predict and control the composition, structure, properties, and function of biomaterials. Led by the University of New Hampshire, in collaboration with Dartmouth College, Keene State College, and the Community College System of NH, this six-year effort brought together researchers across the state.

We’ve taken time to reflect on what was achieved: new discoveries that could shape the future of healthcare, hands-on research experience and training for 205 students and postdocs, 50 seed grants to support innovative ideas in research and education, 161 published papers, and $21.5 million in follow-on funding.

Our final Impact Report captures these accomplishments, and a colorful visual summary is featured on our homepage.
