Meet Michael Madden, past SC INBRE Student-Initiated Training Award (SITA) recipient formerly from the University of South Carolina (now a PhD student at the University of Texas at Austin). Michael and colleagues have a new publication, “Identification and distribution of a downregulatory signaling alkyloxazole in Streptomyces,” in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS).
