ALABAMA: New Peptide-Protein Binding Information Database
PEPBI is a curated dataset from NSF EPSCoR BIO-SENS researchers at Auburn University that brings together 329 peptide–protein complexes.
For each complex, it pairs a reliable 3D structure (from experiments, with a predicted model aligned to it) and matching lab measurements of binding strength and energetics (changes in free energy, enthalpy, and entropy). It also provides 40 computed interface features per complex using the Rosetta Interface Analyzer. This mix of structures, measurements, and computed features makes PEPBI useful for designing or benchmarking peptide binders, training prediction models, and classroom demos of peptide–protein interactions.
