EIF Executive Director addresses Mississippi IDeA/EPSCoR Conference
EIF Executive Director Jessica Molesworth delivered the opening keynote address at the fifth annual Mississippi IDeA/EPSCoR Conference on July 23 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
Dr. Kelly Lucas, Vice President for Research at the University of Southern Mississippi and EIF Board Member, introduced Ms. Molesworth at the meeting.
Co-hosted by Mississippi INBRE and Mississippi EPSCoR, the statewide meeting brought together researchers, students, health professionals and other STEM stakeholders for research presentations, professional development and networking aimed at strengthening Mississippi’s research capacity.
During her address, Molesworth highlighted the Foundation’s history, advocacy work and opportunities for the EPSCoR/IDeA community to get involved.
