EIF Comments on NCRR’s draft Strategic Plan

The EIF, in a letter dated April 21, 2008, provided detailed comments on the Strategic Plan of the National Center for Research Resources (NCRR), National Institutes of Health. The letter was sent to Barbara Alving, Director, NCRR, and offered five specific recommendations/comments to strengthen the plan “so that both the NIH and IDeA researchers can continue to accrue the benefits of [the] program.” The EIF would like to thank Patricia Hand, NIH Agency Designated Head, for her leadership on this issue.
