George Happ is the Project Director of Alaska BRIN. He promotes, integrates, and develops BRIN. He is also the State Project Director for Alaska EPSCoR. Dr. Happ is a Research Professor with the Institute of Arctic Biology, Department of Biology and Wildlife. He has taught at Catholic University of America, New York University, Colorado State University, and University of Vermont in addition to teaching at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
