Participating Agencies

Establish Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) programs exist at five federal agencies: the Departments of Agriculture, Defense, and Energy (USDA NIFA, DOD, DOE), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and the National Science Foundation (NSF).

A similar program, Institutional Development Awards (IDeA) is funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS).
